Ryan Couvillion, MD

Dr. Ryan Couvillion is a double board-certified plastic surgeon based in Houston, TX, specializing in cosmetic procedures for the breasts, body, face, and skin. A native Houstonian and sixth-generation Texan, Dr. Couvillion is proud to serve the community where he grew up. With a passion for aesthetics and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, he takes the time to understand each patient’s goals, helping them make informed decisions and feel confident throughout their transformation journey.

Dr. Couvillion earned both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology at Tulane University before completing his medical degree at Louisiana State University, where he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He went on to complete his general surgery residency at Tulane University Medical School, followed by a competitive three-year plastic surgery fellowship at Houston Methodist Hospital. There, he trained under some of the nation’s most respected aesthetic and reconstructive surgeons.

As a board-certified plastic surgeon (American Board of Plastic Surgery) and general surgeon (American Board of Surgery), Dr. Couvillion brings advanced skill and attention to detail to every procedure. He offers a wide range of surgical services, including breast augmentation, breast lift, breast reduction, tummy tucks, liposuction, thigh lifts, facelifts, eyelid surgery, brow lifts, and mommy makeovers. His goal is always to produce natural, balanced results using the most current techniques in body and facial contouring.

In addition to surgery, Dr. Couvillion is part of a collaborative practice that includes dermatology and offers non-surgical treatments such as BOTOX®, injectable fillers, and energy-based skin rejuvenation therapies.
