Nicole Ferro, DO
Fellowship-Trained Interventional Pain Management Specialist
Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Dr. Nicole Ferro is passionate about helping people take back control of their lives from chronic pain—without relying on surgery or long-term medications. She takes a conservative, whole-body approach to pain relief, combining lifestyle changes, physical therapy, and minimally invasive treatments to help patients feel better, move more freely, and live with less limitation.
A proud New Jersey native, Dr. Ferro is known for her thoughtful and personalized care. She emphasizes prevention whenever possible, guiding her patients with practical recommendations for nutrition, supplements, exercise, and mindfulness. Her goal is to create a treatment plan that supports the whole person—not just the symptoms.
Dr. Ferro has a special interest in treating long-standing pain conditions and is especially skilled at managing pain in ways that avoid surgery. With advanced training from top institutions—including Rutgers University, Temple University/Moss Rehab, and a pain fellowship at National Spine and Pain Centers—she combines clinical expertise with a deeply compassionate approach.
Outside of work, Dr. Ferro enjoys staying active through CrossFit and hiking—living out the same wellness values she shares with her patients.

Our patient-centered approach to treatment allows us to deliver superb outcomes.Pain Management
Pain Management
Our pain management program takes a comprehensive approach to treatment, combining surgical and non-surgical methods. With a focus on physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) services, our pain management specialists help patients manage neck pain, back pain, pelvic pain, phantom limb pain, and more.Post-Mastectomy Pain Syndrome
Post-Mastectomy Pain Syndrome
After a mastectomy, nerve pain can occur in the chest, armpit, shoulder, and/or arm. While pain after breast surgery is common, pain that persists for longer than three months may indicate post-mastectomy pain syndrome, or PMPS. We’re pleased to offer a comprehensive treatment plan that addresses pain with nerve surgery as well as reconstruction to minimize tissue deformities.Office Locations
